Ashley spent his early professional life working in China in the FMCG sector and completing a Master’s degree in International Business. He then spent five years at development finance lender Regentsmead progressing through the business to become Joint Head. Ashley has overseen just short of £400m of development funds deployed into UK residential projects and has amassed a wealth of development finance experience and contacts. He is passionate about housebuilding and has previously consulted the DCLG on housebuilding legislation. In February 2017 he was nominated in the ‘One to Watch’ category at the annual Norwood Property Awards which recognises outstanding young talent in the property sector. In his spare time Ashley is an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspur and a keen boxing fan.

I am currently a co-founder and Principal of Avamore Capital, an award-winning specialist real estate development and bridging lender. I also co-founded Chartfield Homes, a strategic land investment business and future house builder.

I'm also an experienced specialist real estate financier, developer and asset manager running a single family office.

Very interested in NED roles and angel investment in technology or impactful startups where I can add value through my experience or my network

I have interests in clean energy, technology businesses and the strategic land sector and I am interested to finance planning plays with experienced property professionals skilled in securing planning consents.
